Australia

• Any order has a one off $2.50 postage charge unless
  • you have 20 or more hair clips in your order.
  • your order contains a “bulky item”. Bulky items are posted in boxes to ensure they do not get squashed out of shape. You can order as many bulky items as you want, you will only pay for the one off bulky item postage rate (details below).
  • postage costs for orders containing Suitcases will be determined during checkout. (Cost is dependent on your location in Australia to offer you the most competitive postage rate.)

Orders are sent by Australia Post.

  • Registered Post Australia wide for orders of less than 20 clips or less for $6.00.
  • Bulky Item post Australia wide for $5.00.
  • Registered Bulky Item post Australia wide for $9.25.
  • Express Post (Order made and sent within 3 Business Days) for $9.50.
  • Bulky Item Express Post (Order made and sent within 3 Business Days) for $9.50.

Express post and Registered Items can be tracked by entering the tracking number supplied in your postage notification into the Domestic tracking – Barcode number field on the Australia Post Website

International

• Postage for International Orders is determined during checkout.
• For international postage tracking numbers please select Express Post International or Express Courier International

Orders are sent by Australia Post airmail. They take between 7 – 21 business days delivery time depending on your location. Delays can be incurred by customs.

• Hair Fairy Clips is not liable for any importation tax you may incur.
• We can also offer you insurance for you order, please contact us for a quote.
